Over the last few months our main factory doors were getting more difficult to open and close, after inspection it was obvious that the rollers were not working properly. The rollers and rails needed replacing. I proceeded to get some quotes for repairs but of course they weren't cheap by any means.
About that time a Salesman called in to our office and left a flyer for a company called Zcorp, a Commercial and Industrial Door Repair Company. I gave them a ring and they sent someone out that same afternoon to inspect the doors. About an hour after he left I had an e-mail with a quote, considerably lower than any other that I had.
